Online Stock Discrepancies - January 2023
The Tabio UK team would like to apologise to all of our customers who have placed orders with us and have received a message to say their chosen items are out of stock.
During the busy sales period our online inventory systems are currently facing some issues and are listing items as in stock, when they are not available.
If you order is missing an item, we will try to locate an item that can be exchanged (the same product in a different colour*) and will email you to request if you would like a refund or an exchange.
If we cannot locate the item, we will send a refund notification and an email for the missing item.
*Please note for sales items, selected colours are on sale.
We are in contact with our online providers and are working to resolve this.
The team will continue to pack and deliver existing orders to customers as soon as possible.
