We are happy to offer a refund on any full price or sale item returned to us.
Please return the item(s) unopened, unused and in its original condition within 28 days of receipt of your order, with proof of purchase. Returns can be made at our Neal Street store or by post. It is our customers’ responsibility to cover the initial cost of a return shipment.
Please ensure a tracked service is used and a tracking reference and receipt is kept for proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
Due to the nature of personalised items, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
We inspect our products and make our best efforts to ensure that every single experience you have with Tabio socks is perfect.
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at email@example.com
It's our job to make sure you have a happy experience with every pair of Tabio socks!
Can I exchange my socks for a different pair?
Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges by post. However exchanges can be made at our Neal Street store, provided that the item(s) are unopened, unused and you can present the packing list which came along with the delivery of the item(s).
