Sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If you would like to return a product, please read our returns policy to check your eligibility and feel free to reach out to our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number, product photo and reason for refund.
Once submitted, we will aim to respond to you within 3/5 working days. This may be longer during busy periods of the year, including the sale season and at peak times.
On confirmation from a member of our team, please return the item(s) unopened, unused and in its original condition within 28 days of receipt of your order, with proof of purchase. Online order returns can be made at our Neal Street store or by post. It is our customers’ responsibility to cover the initial cost of a return shipment.
Please ensure a tracked service is used and a tracking reference and receipt is kept for proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
Due to the nature of personalised items, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. This does not affect your statutory rights. Products that have passed the 6 month manufacturer's warranty cannot be returned to the store for a refund.

Items purchased at the store must be returned at our Neal Street store, where you can receive a refund. Please return the item(s) unopened, unused and in its original condition within 28 days of receipt of your order, with proof of purchase.
What if my item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
We inspect our products and make our best efforts to ensure that every single experience you have with Tabio socks is perfect.
