Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you receive a product that dosen't meet your expectations.

We work closely with our manufacturer's and teams to ensure that you receive a product that excels your expectations, from using premium materials to regular quality checks to ensure you are receiving a product that is beautifully crafted.

Our products are made with the best high quality materials, which also requires a lot of care to maximise its lifespan, we recommend hand washing them and storing them in a safe place to avoid major wear and tear. 

If you meet the conditions below including:

  • A damaged product caused by a manufacturer error (Within 6 months of purchase).
  • An unused product (Within 28 days of purchase).

We will be happy to offer a refund for products meeting the above conditions.

Please Note: For unused purchases they must be returned in the original condition within 28 days of purchase.

For any faults or damage that is not caused by wear and tear and rather by a manufacturer fault, we will inspect the item and can cover a refund if it sits within 6 months of purchase (from the date of purchase).

Product Warranty

All products purchased from our online website or store have a 6 month manufacturer guarantee. After this period has expired, we are unable to cover refunds or exchanges on our products. To apply for a refund you must provide evidence that the fault was present at the time you took ownership of the goods.

Incorrect Delivery Details 

If you have provided incorrect delivery details and we have resent the package to your address, please return the parcel before making a claim for a refund.
