Exchange

We offer exchanges for items of the same value only.

Example: An item priced at £18 can only be exchanged for another item priced at £18.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items for products of a higher or lower value. If you would like a different item, we can process a refund (provided the item meets our returns policy), and you can place a new order separately.

Timeframe for Exchanges

Once your exchange has been approved by our Customer Services team, please return your item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Item Condition

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be returned in a new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Proof of Purchase

Please include proof of purchase when requesting an exchange or refund. This can be your order confirmation email or receipt.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Email customerservices@tabio.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Our Customer Services team will confirm whether your exchange is eligible.
  3. Return your item(s) by post or to one of our stores.
  4. Once your return has been received and approved, we'll dispatch your replacement item to your delivery address or arrange collection, where applicable.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised or customised items.

Returning Items by Post

Online orders can be returned by post.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your tracking number and proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Please include either your packing slip or a completed returns form with your parcel, as we cannot process returns received without one.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every product to ensure it meets our high standards.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing customerservices@tabio.com.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and make sure you're happy with your Tabio purchase.
