If your items falls short of your expectations, you have the option to initiate a return. Detailed information on the conditions and various choices for returning your items is provided for your convenience below.

Your item can be exchanged to an item of the same value. e.g £18 - £18.

We do not offer exchanges for items of higher or lower values. We can offer a refund and you can purchase the item separately if it meets the conditions stated in our policy.

Time Frame for Exchange

On confirmation from a member of our team, please return the item(s) via postage unopened, unused and in its original condition within 28 days of receipt of your order, with proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying the postage costs to return the items to the store.

Condition of the Item

The item being exchanged is required to be in new or unused condition with tags.

Proof of Purchase

Customers are required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when requesting an exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Email customerservies@tabio.com with your order number and and items you would like to exchange with.
  • We will reply to confirm the items can be exchanged.
  • Return the parcel via post / to the store.
  • We will ship the item to your address / contact for pickup date.

Exclusions:

Certain items including personalised orders cannot be exchanged.

Shipping and Handling

Online returns can be made at by post. Please ensure a tracked service is used and a tracking reference and receipt is kept for proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any returned item(s) without a packing list or a return form.

What if my Item is Faulty or Defective?

We inspect our products and make our best efforts to ensure that every single experience you have with Tabio socks is perfect.
