Shipping & Tracking
When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package via Royal Mail.
- How long does it take to receive my order(UK)?
Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery and will take up to 4 days including Saturdays. The cost of delivery within the UK is £3.95 or FREE when you spend over £49. Please note, during the sale period, your purchase may take longer to arrive.
- How long does it take to receive my International order?
Your order will be sent out by Royal mail international signed and will take 5-7 days to European countries and 7-10 days to the rest of the world.
Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at it’s final destination once we have a signature from the customer. The cost of international delivery from the UK is £6.95.
Please note, during the sale period your purchase may take longer to arrive.
- How long before my order ships?
As long as the item(s) you have ordered is in stock, your order will be shipped out within 2 business days from when we receive your order.
- Do you charge VAT for non-European Customers?
VAT is excluded from our prices for customers outside of the EU.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to around 200 countries. However, we do not ship to the US, France or Japan.
- Where is my order?
For all shipped packages, we'll send you the tracking number in an email.
- Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- When will I be charged?
Whether you choose to pay by credit card or debit card, or by Paypal, only items that are available are charged.
All payments on tabiouk.com are made in Pounds Sterling. If you use a card in a currency other than Pounds Sterling, the rate of exchange and any additional fees will be set and charged by your card issuer.
- What payment methods can I use to pay?
Tabiouk.com accepts most major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard and American Express). You can also choose to pay using Paypal. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delays or non-deliveries.
