Terms & Conditions:
These Influencer PR gift Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern Services to be provided by Influencers who participate in Tabio’s marketing program. Capitalised terms not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in an Influencer Agreement (the “Agreement”).
- By receiving the PR gift the promotion, influencers confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Instagram including the rules located at: https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870
- The Promoter of the PR gifts is Tabio UK Branch 51 Neal Street, London, WC2H 9PQ United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).
- The Promoter is offering influencers who participate this marketing program a selection of products (this will vary, depending on the collection).
- Influencers must be aged 18 years or over. The PR gift is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected.
- Incomplete and illegible, responses will not be accepted.
- The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside it's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
- On confirmation of entry, a member of online staff from Tabio UK, will reach out requesting delivery details and sizing details via private message/email.
- The PR gift will be sent via recorded delivery to the address supplied and the receiver will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt.
- On agreement to the collaboration, the influencer will post either, a story, reel or post, which will be agreed before the product is sent. The post will tag the Promoter Tabio UK. Tabio UK will re-share and repost the assets to it's own social media channels. In order to promote in time with the relevant collection included in the PR gift, Tabio UK kindly ask influencers to post within 2 weeks, if this is not attainable, communication must be clear with Tabio UK on estimated posting dates.
- The influencer may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the PR gift.
- The name and county of residence of the receiver will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter at the address set out above within 10 weeks of the closing date of the promotion.
- The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
- The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any influencers if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple Instagram, Facebook or other social media accounts in order to submit multiple entries).
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by influencers to receive the PR gift.
- Except for the purpose of carrying out the promotion, contacting and sending out gifts, the Promoter will not use influencer’s personal data without the express consent of the entrant. See https://tabiouk.com/pages/privacy for our full privacy policy.
- The PR gift is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- You agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
